Last week I made this fabric bow. I originally planned on putting it on a hair band, but my attempt at covering the plastic hairband with fabric was a huge fail. I'll figure it out, eventually. Instead it is a hair clip/brooch.
The sparkly thing the bow is on top of is a plastic case I bought the other day. Its scuffed up so the store had it marked down from $16.99 to $4.57. I'm using it to store my fabric stash, all but one piece fits inside.

I made this bow using the same technique as in the tutorial except instead of placing the smaller bow directly on top of the larger one I overlapped the two around the half-way point.
